How is climate change impacting your community?
Through my professional experience I have seen an enormous amount of change in our agriculture sector. Salinity, irrigation and flooding are all common issues across our region. When talking to farmers I notice a change in attitude towards climate change and mental health. Many have had to walk away from farms that were in their family for generations causing a lot of grief and guilt.

What are you passionate about changing?
I’m interested in the role of materials recovery in climate change adaptation. I want to close the loop and encourage reusing and recycling. I also want to spread awareness and the facts of climate change which seem to get lost in translation through the media. I also have work at the Woodend community radio station and would like to provide up to date, accurate, and helpful information on climate change.
